Intermediate Country Swing 

Refine and Polish Your Dance Skills with Outlaw Country's Intermediate Country Swing! 

For those who have advanced beyond the basics and are ready to refine their technique, our Intermediate Country Swing class is the ideal next step. This class is designed for dancers who have completed the Improver level and focuses on perfecting your footwork, mastering tension and compressions, and incorporating intricate grips and moves.

Modern country swing, with its roots in country music but adaptable to various genres, truly shines at this level. You'll learn to add precision, style, and sophistication to your dynamic footwork, playful spins, and rhythmic shifts, making your dancing even more captivating for social events.

Our new level structure ensures a smooth progression:

• Intro A/B: Start here if you're new to dancing.
• Improver A/B: Both courses are of equal difficulty and can be taken in any order. Perfect for those looking to advance from the basics.
• Intermediate A/B: For those ready to refine and polish their skills further. Both courses are of equal difficulty and can be taken in any order.

This is a 4-week session that runs from 3:00-3:50 PM every Sunday. Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your class.

FAQs

Where are you located and what are my parking options?

We are located in the Alyth/Bonnybrook/Manchester industrial area near the Blackfoot Hotel. We are in the same building as One For All Fitness. We will be using the back entrance to the studio. Please park at the rear of the building. It’s hard to see us from the street, so just drive into the parking lot and keep driving around the building. We are the third bay inwards from the left. There will be a sign that says "Outlaw Studio". Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your class.

What can I bring to the event? What should I wear?

Feel free to wear athletic clothing or anything that you feel comfortable in. Please bring clean, non-marking, indoor shoes or you can wear socks as well! We also recommend bringing water as these classes have a lot of movement! For any other questions regarding what to bring don't hesitate to get in touch with us at info@outlawdance.com.
