Beginner Dance Lifts!
Welcome to Outlaw Dance's partner dance lifts series! This class is designed for people with limited to no previous experience in partner dance lifts and aerials. We start from the ground up (literally!). Starting with the basics, we cover body awareness, safety options for both bases and flyers, how to intertwine lifts into your dancing seamlessly, and more. These necessary foundation skills will allow us to teach you more complicated progressions as the weeks progress.
Elevate your dance skills with exhilarating lifts and dynamic partner movements in this high-energy class, blending the spirited charm of country music with the thrill of aerial dance. Please see the FAQs to be fully prepared for your lesson. We look forward to dancing with you!
