Cancellation Policy

At Outlaw Dance, private lessons are reserved specifically for you and your instructor. To hold your time, the following booking policies apply. ✨ Booking & Payment – Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your private lesson – Lessons are not confirmed or held without payment ❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling – A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a private lesson – Lessons cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are forfeited – No-shows are considered a completed session – Exceptions may be made at Outlaw Dance’s discretion in emergency situations 📌 Important Notes – Late arrivals will not extend the scheduled lesson time – Lessons begin and end at the booked time – By booking, you agree to follow studio policies and instructor guidance
