New to country two-step? Start here. This class is designed for absolute beginners or dancers looking to build confidence on the floor — one step at a time. 🛑IMPORTANT: Only ONE ticket needs to be purchased per PAIR (1 Lead + 1 Follow) of participants. You’ll learn the foundational steps, rhythm, and partner connection used in country two-step dancing across bars, socials, weddings, and live music nights in Calgary. We’ll break it down with supportive instruction, repetition, and a focus on real-world skills. ✨ What to Expect: – Step-by-step instruction for true beginners – Rhythm, timing, and footwork basics – Partner connection and dance floor etiquette – Simple combos and turns used at local events – Great music, fun instructors, and welcoming vibes 📍 Location: Outlaw Studio – Calgary 🗓 Format: Multi-week course (1 hour/week) 👟 Who it’s for: Absolute beginners and dancers new to partner dancing ✅ What to bring: Clean indoor shoes, water bottle, and a good attitude 👯 Partner Tickets Required This class is designed for pairs only — please sign up with a partner. Very limited individual spots may be available. If you’re flying solo, email info@outlawdance.com with the class title, date, and your preferred role: – Lead: Initiates movement and gives direction – Follow: Responds to the lead and adds style/flow We’ll add you to our partner-matching waitlist and notify you if a match becomes available. At Outlaw Dance, we’re committed to creating a smooth, welcoming, and stress-free experience for all dancers. Please review our booking policies before reserving your spot. ✨ Booking Rules – Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your spot – Spaces are limited. Once a class or workshop is full, you may join the waitlist – For multi-week courses, registration closes 12 hours before the first session ❌ Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds – All bookings are final – We do not offer refunds, credits, or transfers for missed classes, late arrivals, or no-shows – This policy helps keep spots fair and available, as most classes run at or near capacity – If Outlaw Dance cancels a class or course, you will receive a full refund or class credit 💳 Payments – Payment is required up front – A card may be stored on file for faster checkout 📌 Important Notes – By booking, you agree to follow Outlaw Dance’s community values of safety, fun, and respect – Outlaw Dance is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items – Studio rentals and group bookings must respect the agreed arrival and departure times
