At Outlaw Dance, we’re committed to creating a smooth, welcoming, and stress-free experience for all dancers. Please review our booking policies before reserving your spot. ✨ Booking Rules – Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your spot – Spaces are limited. Once a class or workshop is full, you may join the waitlist – For multi-week courses, registration closes 12 hours before the first session ❌ Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds – All bookings are final – We do not offer refunds, credits, or transfers for missed classes, late arrivals, or no-shows – This policy helps keep spots fair and available, as most classes run at or near capacity – If Outlaw Dance cancels a class or course, you will receive a full refund or class credit 💳 Payments – Payment is required up front – A card may be stored on file for faster checkout 📌 Important Notes – By booking, you agree to follow Outlaw Dance’s community values of safety, fun, and respect – Outlaw Dance is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items – Studio rentals and group bookings must respect the agreed arrival and departure times
