Cancellation Policy
At Outlaw Dance, we respect your time and our instructors' time. To ensure smooth operations, please review our policies before booking. 1. Booking & Payment All bookings must be made online at [www.outlawdance.com] or by contacting us directly. Payment is required in full to confirm your booking. If payment is not received within 48 hours, the session may be canceled. We accept credit card, e-transfer, and other online payment methods listed at checkout. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Private Lessons & Small Groups (1-10 People) 48+ hours’ notice: Reschedule with full credit. Less than 48 hours’ notice: No refund or reschedule. No-shows: Lesson is forfeited with no refund. Large Groups (11+), Corporate & Special Events Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date. Cancellations 7+ days before: Deposit can be applied as a credit for future bookings within 6 months. Cancellations within 7 days: Deposit is forfeited. Full payment is due 7 days before the event. 3. Refund Policy No refunds on missed or canceled lessons. Full refunds are only issued if Outlaw Dance cancels the session and rescheduling is not possible. In documented emergencies, credits may be considered. 4. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances If a lesson/event is canceled due to weather, venue closures, or unforeseen events, a reschedule or credit will be provided. By booking, you agree to these terms.
